Environment – Law – Economics

Unique cross-sector capabilities.

With experience in environmental science, law and economics we provide unique cross sector insights and perspectives.

Water resources are part of a complex system linked to many other areas, including mining, agriculture, environmental management and First Nations protections. To navigate a path to successful outcomes it is essential to understand your rights and responsibilities within this complicated context.

Conduct research

Whether you are the developer or are affected by a development we can conduct research into environmental, legal and economic aspects of proposals that do or may impact water resources.

Assist to develop proposals to integrate economic and water management

Water is a crucial, irreplaceable resource and any proposal that has or potentially has an impact on water resources must be carefully and critically assessed. We can assist you to meet, or to assess whether a proposal meets, a standard that will promote preservation of water resources

Assist to prepare documents and strategies

Whether you are a developer or assessing a proposed development you will be required to implement strategies for moving forward and provide documentation supporting your position. We can assist you to develop effective strategies and documentation that allow you to fully engage inthe process

Prepare maps reflecting spatial and/or temporal data and, if appropriate, visual representation of analysed data

Being able to visualise changes in space and/or in time, helps to clarify the results of data analysis, display potential and actual outcomes of projects and exhibit complex information in an interesting and accessible form. In consultation with you, we can develop maps that will, by making data visible, simplify presented data improving the quality of your written presentations.
